As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my passion is helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical excellence, and, for those who desire it, thoughtful integration of the Christian faith. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a place where they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to continual growth as both a clinician and a person. I have pursued advanced training in trauma, attachment, couples therapy, and relational approaches because I believe loving our neighbors means giving them our very best. Every client entrusts us with something deeply personal, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside them during some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments.

Meridian Counseling Associates was born from that same conviction. I wanted to create a practice where exceptional clinical care, biblical truth, humility, and authentic relationships are never competing priorities, but work together to serve people with wisdom and compassion.

That vision extends beyond the therapy room. One of my greatest passions is mentoring the next generation of therapists. I remember what it felt like to graduate with a desire to help others while searching for guidance myself. Today, I consider it a privilege to invest in Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, helping them grow not only as clinicians, but also as leaders of integrity who will go on to care for countless others.
